The customer

JPW Digital Services is very busy at the moment.

We are assisting another consultancy with some big transformation projects in Local Government.

The benefits of these projects will transform the organisations but, most importantly, help improve the lives of their residents with better services.

You must always remember the endpoint – your customer. Whatever you are doing, they must be paramount in your thoughts and your actions.

Gone, thankfully, are the times when you build a solution that is great for the people of the organisation but awful for the customer.

Ideally, of course, you want both, and thankfully, now, with modern technology and a bit of ‘nous’, this is possible.

Remember, the customer and their experience are important. As a well-known politician might have said:

“Customer, customer, customer…”
