Mindfulness and Change

The benefit of an early morning walk in the suburbs of West-London.

Now my son walks himself to school, and by I getting up a bit earlier, I can now spend a bit more time on myself whilst still being home before he goes to school to ensure all is okay in the world of a buzzing 9 year-old’s head and his recent fascination, ants.

As we move through life as individuals, things change. We react to them to ensure we make the best of it for our friends and family.

Organisations need to do the same too. They need to change with the times, whether that is technology or making sure they have the right people / skillset.

Don’t be afraid to change! It’s what life is all about, whether individually or corporately.
